General Terms and Conditions

Your credit card details or an online payment are required to guarantee your booking until your arrival at the hotel. The payment will be made directly to the hotel.

If you wish to cancel your booking, please do so at least 7 days before arrival.
Please note that the day of arrival starts at 0:00 hours.

For any booking not cancelled at least 7 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
In case of a no show, the whole booking amount will be charged.

Different conditions apply for group bookings. We will contact you if this is the case.

If you have booked a Non Refundable / Prepay & Save / Hot Deal price or package, the following conditions apply:

Your credit card details or an online payment are required to book this offer. This booking cannot be changed or cancelled. By making the booking you accept that the full price of the stay will be charged directly by means of an online payment or charged directly from your credit card and that a refund is not possible.
